Our lab is dedicated to understanding how people lead, collaborate, and make decisions within modern workplaces. We focus on the human experiences that shape organizational life, including how leaders influence others, how employees navigate ethical challenges, and how people connect both face to face and online.

Our research covers a broad range of topics such as leadership skills and processes, ethical decision making, research ethics, and the online behavior of ideological groups and their leaders and followers. Our most recent work focuses on emotional displays and emotional regulation in the workplace and how these processes affect performance, well being, and the overall tone of an organization. We also examine how technology has shaped everyday work experiences, including its role during the Covid 19 pandemic and in the spread of vaccine misinformation.

Together we aim to produce research that deepens our understanding of organizational behavior and supports healthier and more ethical work environments.
